Integration Insights
Integration Insights shows you how your Ordify integrations are actually being used — every session that arrived through the API or an embedded web app, what people asked about, and what the agent replied.
Use it to see whether an embed is being used, what your users actually want, and what an agent said when something went wrong.
Integration Insights is available on the Enterprise plan.
Session sources
Switch between the two channels at the top of the page:
- Web App — sessions started from an embedded chat
- API — sessions created with an API key, covering programmatic and automation usage
Each channel has its own Overview, Sessions, and Search, so the numbers never mix embed traffic with automation traffic.
Overview
The Overview tab summarizes activity for the selected channel over the last 7, 30, or 90 days, with change against the prior period:
- Sessions — how many conversations started
- Engaged — how many went beyond a single exchange
- Single message — how many stopped after one message
- Unique topics — how many distinct subjects came up
Topics group sessions by what they were about, so you can see the shape of demand rather than reading transcripts one at a time. Select a topic to see every session in it.
The topic breakdown unlocks once a channel has more than 10 sessions. Below that, the tiles still report but there is not enough material to group meaningfully.
Sessions
The Sessions tab lists individual sessions and lets you filter them. Select a session to read its full transcript — every message exchanged, in order.
This is the fastest way to investigate a specific complaint or a run that behaved unexpectedly.
Search
The Search tab searches across message content in all your integration sessions, so you can find every conversation where something specific was mentioned.
